SB 272                                                                                            
The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 7,                                  
2004, calendar (page 3964), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 272(FIN) am H                                                            
    "An Act relating to certain monetary advances in which the                                      
    deposit or other negotiation of checks to pay the advances is

the question be divided.                                                                            
                                                                                                    
The Speaker ruled the question was divisible.  There being no                                       
objection, the question of the effective date clauses was divided.                                  
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved the effective date clause in Section 7.
